I help novice and more experienced investors achieve financial freedom through property investment by teaching them what they need to do to make it happen. I do get a huge kick out of helping people to achieve the same success that his own mentors made possible for me.
No mentor can claim to know everything about property investments and indeed they should not try – instead, they should be focused and expert in one or two key wealth-generating strategies.
But it’s not just about property strategies – you also need a change in mindset (thoughts, behaviours, attitudes, values). People go rushing off to the “weekend intensive” and then wonder why a few weeks later they haven’t progressed much.
I believe that a little bit of intensive activity followed by a constant drip effect of motivation, accountability, belief and building wealth through property education is required.
This is best achieved 1:1 with a mentor you like and trust. I am your backup for the duration of the mentoring.
You cannot receive or do everything at once. You need to get educated in the RIGHT STRATEGIES for you one step at a time and make sure they are IMPLEMENTED*, and not just great knowledge, theory etc.

The duration of the standard mentoring program is 2 days undertaken within a 3-month period (“fair usage” email and phone support during a 3 month period).
By the end of the mentoring, you will have very thorough knowledge and insight into buying and running an HMO in your area of interest.
If you totally commit and make a real effort during the mentoring, you may have acquired your 1st HMO (assuming a suitable property has been located).

The duration of the HMO mentoring program is 2 days undertaken within a 4-month period (“fair usage” email and phone support during a-4 month period)
Conceptually and practically, learning about the housing benefit sector in general and the LHA strategy, in particular, is time-consuming BUT can be lucrative in terms of maximising the rental profits.
I have a number of mentoring package which will suit different learning styles with different levels of support/cost. These range from a digital product which will be send to you weekly as six modules (or you can choose to receive them all at once) all the way working with me 1:1 over a 12-month period. By the end of the mentoring, you will have thorough knowledge and insight into buying and running LHA strategy properties in your area of interest.

The duration of the LHA strategy mentoring program varies from a 6-modular digital package, right upto to working 1:1 with me for 12 months (which will include the modular package and regular 2-weekly calls as required plus “fair usage” email and phone support during this period).

This will be tailored to your requirement after a fact-find exercise but can cover the basics of property investing, property management or an HMO-intensive day.
These will be regular calls via Zoom tailored to the client’s needs (i.e. weekly, biweekly or monthly).
